Welcome to the RPM Updates Page, we will use this page to update with any latest bug fixes, this page was created as of version 2.5

• New column added showing how much of the invoice is paid, unpaid simply shows $0.00.
• Fixed “Date Paid” bug that was not saving a date when invoice was paid.
• Document System
• Added document system into backend, can now create documents and send directly from backend along with all sent documents
• Updated style of the current system and made a few optimisations to how the documents are rendered
• Print document now also allows full page view
• Owner Portal
• Implemented a fix that allows Owner booking, this instantly confirms the booking, creates a housekeeping request & notifies the admin via email. On active bookings this is then marked with “Owner Booking”. No invoice is generated.
• Tested full functionality, requires user testing.
• Mass Email
• Mass email page implemented again, added an editor to allow HTML and WYSIWYG email composition.
• Functionality is not tested yet so please report bugs

• LTR Dashboard created complete overhaul compared to the last dashboard, includes a chart with payment data and all other tenant / lease associations with a clear view of what is not paid invoice wise, and more.

• I have left the old “RPM-Dashboard” currently the default dashboard although the others are fully functional and more accurate, this will be phased out in a future update.
• Note: The new dashboards are only updated for admins & super users at present
