The latest RPM Pro update has included months of work cleaning what we already had and enhancing current functionality along with adding some new features also. Landlord / Owner Portal

The owner or landlord portal is now cleaned and better than ever. Landlords now have more overview over their properties and bookings, a customized dashboard and easier than ever owner bookings for vacation rental properties. Everything is currently planned out for the next update where the landlord / owner login will be moved over to it's own URL where it will be 100% white label so that your owners or landlords do not know that you are using a 3rd party property management software,

Lease system

The lease system has had an upgrade, now when you create a lease 2 invoices are created automatically. The first invoice generated is for the deposit for the property the reason this is kept separate is because we track it separately in the system for reporting purposes. The second invoice generated is the first months rent invoice. The tenant can then instantly login and pay the invoices for the lease, and it's less work for you with the initial paperwork.

Sort property image order

You can now sort the image order for your vacation and long term rental properties in our rentals management software! Visit your property information / settings page for a property, scroll down to your property images and you will see a new green button to sort the image order. Click it and you will be able to drag and drop your property photos in the order that you desire.

Property info pages updated

The property information & settings pages for both long term and vacation rental properties have now had some revamping. Alongside the sort property image order as listed above we have organized the settings and amenities forms to make it easier to manage your properties, we have styled the forms a lot more so that you can view and fill in boxes with less scrolling and enhanced functionality of the rest of the page by adding in more buttons to make it clearer where you can click to update things. The property notes have also been greatly enhanced to make viewing clearer and functionality better.

Property Commission

Under property settings you can now set a % amount as a commission for each of your properties. This commission percentage will be used in the next version for landlord / owner commission's and account reporting. This will add even more benefit to your company as there will be no need for anyone to manage the landlord commission totals and payouts, this will be generated automatically by the system.

Bug Fixes

• Email wasn't sending when a tenant account was created and instantly activated.
  
• Couldn't add pets to a guest or tenants profile.
• Search page link for VR properties was wrong.
• Actual booking contract wasn't sending on booking info page.
• Coupons can now only be assigned to properties that have the "Allow Coupon" setting.
