To our dearest customers,
In accordance with government recommendations & due to
the COVID-19 “Novel Corona Virus”, we have been forced to implement our
emergency procedures, this is part of our core plan for any emergency event
that may happen around the globe, please be assured that we have planned ahead
and we will keep your business online and feeling fine during this time of
unrest and in some cases, panic.
We have implemented a number of protocols to ensure that
business carries on like usual, employee’s where possible, are working from
home, there are no staff in offices unless it’s their home office. Thanks to our
forward planning we have ensured that this switch has been very fluid in most
cases but not everyone has the capability to work from home, this has meant
larger workloads for the people that can. Our server & data center
departments are still at 100% functionality and our staff are undergoing strict
social distancing rules and “out of center” full self isolation, this ensures
that your systems will still be as accessible as ever, even during this
pandemic.
Our development work still continues, users customisations
are however put to the back of the list while the development team ensures that
all internal processes are improving and becoming remote, this is
including ensuring that support staff and account managers can be accessible
via email, whilst working remotely. We know that this is not the best of news
but we can assure you that as soon as we are happy with the output from our
internal processes we will switch back onto the main development stream, our
latest update is still scheduled to go ahead as planned.
