Version 4.2 has arrived, and our BETA testers have work to do!

We have been working very hard on ironing out the mostly used functions of the software to improve overall functionality and save you even more time. We have also included a few new features that won't work yet until we have finished off BETA testing them, these features include on page support on every page of the software and an image cropper among others.

So after the brief overview, we present you with the RPM PRO Rentals property management software version 4.2 update notes:

Vacation Rental Dashboard Updates

We have changed the way that data is grabbed on the tables of the vacation rental dashboard

• Each table will now show 35 rows of data instead of 6
• Tables now scroll down and won't resize
  
• Active bookings table replaced with "Latest Bookings" table, this color coded table shows you and links you to booking, guest and invoice, listed in date booked format.
  

Long Term Rental Dashboard Updates

We have changed the way that data is grabbed on the tables of the long term rental dashboard

• Each table will now show 35 rows of data instead of 6
• Tables now scroll down and won't resize
  

NEW: On Page Support System

Currently disabled unless you are a BETA TESTER

This function is designed to give you the help and information you need now and not after making a call or writing an email

• New support button on the top of every page
  
• Video explaining the page you are on and its features
  
• Links to how to videos and more info

NEW: Image Cropper

The image cropper will allow you to size down your property photos to any ratio or size you desire!

UPDATED: View Booking Page

• Added external booking information
  
• Added dates in a seperate box for clearer overview

UPDATED: Guest Info Page

• Added view booking button on guest page

NEW: New Tenant & Guest "Email Info" option

• When creating a new tenant or guest you now have a checkbox option that allows you to send them their information via email or now
